Digitising Weld Monitoring and Inspection

Speaker:-  Julian Tapp and James Prescott-Smith - Triton Electronics

Speaker Biographies:-  

Julian completed a Welding MSc at Cranfield University and worked for BOC and TWI before running Triton Electronics. Triton has been manufacturing weld monitors from the mid-1990s supplying welding companies worldwide.

James has been a professional software developer for 10 years. He has varied experience, having worked developing IoT smart hardware, a fermentation monitoring system and various business management software solutions across multiple industries. He joined Triton full time a year ago and now leads on development of the next generation welding monitor and other exciting projects.
