The Welding Institute Teesside Branch invite you to their AGM:

The AGM will take place on 2 February 2026 at 5.15pm at TWI Technology Centre, Ferrous Road, Riverside Park, Middlesborough, TS2 1DJ (with online option). Following on from the AGM there will be a technical presentation on Apprenticeships.

Timings:

AGM: 5.15pm - 6pm

Technical Presentation: 6.15pm - 7pm

What will the event cover?

Apprenticeships:

Linking into National Apprenticeship Week 9-15 February 2026.  This is A week-long celebration that brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to shine a light on the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.

Our industry expert:

Alison Nicol "Apprenticeship Guru" for Conyers School 

Meet the speaker: 

Alison teaches key stage 4 OCR Engineering and key stage 5 extended diploma in Engineering as well as business units and mechanical units. Alison's background is in microcontrollers and electronics.
