Ultrasonic Sizing Analysis Study using different advanced methods

The Welding Institute London Branch and Kent Branch invite you to their February Technical Presentation:

Ultrasonic Sizing Analysis Study using different advanced methods

What will the event cover?

Ultrasonic NDT testing has been around for over a century, with the technology vastly improving in that time. Sonatest, founded back in 1958 have spent decades developing and manufacturing equipment for end clients to carry out inspections in various industries such as oil & gas. Aerospace and nuclear. This ranges from simple thickness measurement, to conventional Ultrasonic Testing (UT), through to advanced phased array, Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD), and now we have even more in depth features such as Total Focusing Method (TFM).

Our presentation will be based on a recent study of advanced sizing methods using our Voe3, and which method we found gave us the best results.
