Eastern Counties Branch Committee invites members to join them for a site visit to Denver Sluice in Norfolk (PE38 0EG)

The Denver Sluice complex is a unique flood control system on the Oise Washes south of Downham Market. Controlling water throughout the whole fenland basin, the complex is both a fascinating historical legacy delivering 21st engineering technology.
