Nuclear & Power Generation Technical Group

Nuclear and power generation facilities rely on equipment and engineering systems that must operate safely and reliably. Maintaining their performance over time requires high standards of engineering, careful attention to quality and a sound understanding of the demands placed on materials and components.

The Nuclear & Power Generation Technical Group explores engineering practices and developments relevant to the sector. Its events provide opportunities to discuss technical challenges, share experience and consider approaches to maintaining the quality, reliability and integrity of equipment and facilities.

The group brings together engineers and industry professionals to exchange knowledge and learn from experience across power generation. Its activities encourage discussion of current engineering issues and support the continued development of good practice across the sector.
