    Joel Broddle is Head of Welding and Pipe Fitting at CATCH and has dedicated his career to developing the next generation of engineering talent. Working closely with employers across the UK, he combines industry knowledge with a passion for vocational education to deliver training that meets the needs of modern manufacturing. Joel is a strong advocate for apprenticeships, WorldSkills competitions and employer collaboration, believing that inspiring young people and building industry partnerships are key to securing the future of engineering. Through his leadership, he continues to champion excellence in welding education and skills development.
