    The Welding, Joining and Manufacturing Conference and Exhibition (WeldJoinExpo 2026), hosted by TWI, is a flagship UK event bringing together experts, innovators, and professionals from across the welding and joining community on 7 July 2026 at TWI Cambridge.

    As part of the event, The Welding Institute is hosting a dedicated Professional Membership Workshop programme, focused on career progression, skills development, and the future of the profession - featuring expert-led sessions, peer discussions, and 1:1 membership guidance.       Paul is the UK&I Welding Application Engineer. He has worked for 3M for 14 years looking after the technical support for various products including Thermal Image Cameras and Coveralls and for the last 7  years the Speedglas Welding Portfolio.
